Does Axia certify my company?
No. Certification is issued by an accredited certification body after its audit. Axia keeps the system and the evidence that the audit looks at, clause by clause.
Does it include the text of the ISO standards?
No. The ISO text is copyrighted and sold by ISO, so Axia ships the clause codes, titles and structure. If you hold a licence, you attest it and add your own copy, which only your organization sees. The GDPR is shown in full, from EUR-Lex under CC BY 4.0. Moldovan laws are shown by article number and title, with a link to the official register.
What does “covered clause by clause” mean?
Every clause of each standard maps to at least one test. An automated check in our own build fails if any clause is left without one. So a company that passes every test it received has evidence for every clause.
Which tests run by themselves?
190 of the 536. They read data the platform holds: members and their second factor, directory accounts from Entra ID or Google Workspace, access reviews, training, backups, suppliers, incidents, audits, risks. The rest recur on a schedule and ask their owner for a record or a file.
In which languages is the interface?
Romanian, English and Russian. Each user picks their own.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan. Without payment the account becomes overdue and is then suspended; suspension does not delete your data.
How do we pay?
In EUR, by bank transfer or by card. VAT is applied according to your country. Invoices are also available as UBL and CSV.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. An owner can export the whole organization as an archive with a manifest at any time. Deleting the organization keeps the data 30 days, then removes it and issues a certificate.
We already keep our documents in SharePoint.
Keep them there. The SharePoint connector links documents and evidence from your own library instead of copying them.
